Policies for Appointments
As a small business owner, I have aspired over the years to keep my interactions with clients and potential clients, personal and more "home town". I do NOT request prepayment for appointments because I feel that is impersonal and puts the emphasis on money. My goal as a therapist has always been healing. My business is about OUTcome, not INcome. With that said, I trust everyone who is making an appointment, to keep it. I am also trusting that anyone who can't make the appointment for whatever reason, will have respect for my time, and shoot me a text to cancel with enough notice for me to fill that slot.
1. There is a $75 NO Show fee. Any appointment canceled with less than 4 hours notice will also incur this fee. Any missed appointment with no communication to your therapist is considered a NO Show. Payment to be made here. Click on "Purchase Services", scroll down to "no show fee", click on "buy now". Once payment is received, we can reschedule. If your info is available, you will receive an invoice via paypal.
2. There is a $35 late cancellation fee for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hour notice. if your info is available, you will receive an invoice via paypal. To make the payment here. Click on "Purchase Services", scroll down to "late fee", click on "buy now". Once payment is received, I will contact you to reschedule.
3. For men requesting appointments; I do NOT do "personal" massage, "everything" massage or "erotic" massage. I have been a therapist for 21 years. The muscle structure does not lie. There is nothing you can say to fake an injury that I haven't already heard. When you complete the sign in/medical history form, you are agreeing that there will be NO sexual conversation or conduct during the session. Please stop seeking inappropriate touch from Licensed Massage Therapists.
I apologize to those honestly seeking therapeutic massage work. I give 100% to anyone with legitimate pain and muscular dysfunction. I respect every person who walks through my door and I do my best to help you within the scope of my practice. I ask for that same respect of my time and energy from my clients.
